Pork and Fish Wonton

We're having a late Chinese New Year dinner tomorrow with Aaron's side of the family so I decided to make wontons!

  • 1/2 lb. Ground Pork
  • 1/2 lb. Fish Paste
  • Green Onions
  • Cilantro
  • Basil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Corn Starch
  • Wonton Wraps

Mix all the ingredients together (besides the wonton wraps) then put a tiny bit of paste into your wonton wrap. Fold however you please!

To cook the wontons, put them in boiling water for about 5 minutes. You don't want the skin to be too soggy but nice and chewy. I dipped my wontons in sesame oil, soy sauce and green onions. And I put the remainder of my homemade wontons in the freezer so I can eat with those yummy noodle cravings I will have later.
